1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website (skinandyou.co.uk) and the services and treatments provided by SKIN+YOU LTD ("the Clinic," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a consultation or treatment with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • Consultations: All new clients are required to undergo a consultation before any treatment to assess suitability. We offer a complimentary 30-minute wellbeing consultation.
  • Booking Fee: To secure an appointment for treatment, a non-refundable booking fee may be required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice or do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.
  • Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to proceed with the treatment, and your booking fee may be forfeited.

3. Treatments and Services

  • Suitability: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we deem it unsuitable for you for any reason, with your safety and wellbeing as our primary concern.
  • Results: Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and results can vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results.
  • Aftercare: You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided to you. Failure to do so may affect your treatment outcome and future treatment eligibility.
  • Review Appointments: Review appointments may be offered for certain treatments (e.g., Botox) and must be booked within the timeframe specified by your practitioner (typically 2-3 weeks post-treatment).

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price of your treatment will be confirmed at your consultation.
  • Payment: Full payment for treatments must be made on the day of the procedure. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
  • Package Deals: Courses of treatments or package deals must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Your Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide a full and accurate medical history, including all medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic treatments.
  • Inform us of any changes to your medical history or medication before any treatment.
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment advice as instructed.
  • Be over the age of 18 for all aesthetic injectable treatments. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

6. Liability

SKIN+YOU LTD will not be liable for any economic loss or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any of our services, other than for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

We are not liable for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed your full medical history or failed to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible. You can contact us by email at hello@skinandyou.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.

8. Use of Website

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. The intellectual property rights for all content on this website belong to SKIN+YOU LTD.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
